Massachusetts Turnpike to Exit 13 toward Framingham. Follow Route 30 (Cochituate Road) to Route 9. West on Route 9 to overpass at Framingham Center (stay to the right as you approach overpass). Left at traffic light, crossing over Route 9. Second right on Franklin Street after passing through next traffic light onto Main Street. Left into parking lot of Perini Corporation/Framingham Heart Study just prior to intersection of Franklin Street and Mt. Wayte Avenue.

From Worcester:
Massachusetts Turnpike to Exit 12 toward Framingham. Follow Route 9 east. Stay to the right as you approach overpass near Framingham State College. Right on Main Street at traffic light. Second right onto Franklin Street. Left into parking lot of Perini Corporation/Framingham Heart Study just prior to intersection of Franklin Street and Mt. Wayte Avenue.
