	  - treatment is defined as taking insulin and/or oral

	  - as of 8/31/2006, this is the most current diabetes file available at Framingham. 
	    To calculate diabetes for exams 26 and 27, one would need to use
	    the appropriate exam variables for treament and glucose in a 
	    manner consistent with the definitions above.
