Omics Data Workshop
Omics Data Workshop [Overview]
In October 2019, FHS held an Omics Workshop for interested investigators.
The purpose of this session was to share details of various omics resources at FHS that will become available over next few months. These resources are based on ongoing assays (DNA methylation, RNA sequencing and metabolite profiling) and genotyping (additional WGS) made possible under a TOPMed X01 grant mechanism and newer WGS that NHLBI has authorized.
